The auto logistics sector for high-end vehicles faced multifaceted challenges. Firstly, unreliability of drivers was a significant issue, with many failing to show up for scheduled pickups. This unreliability was compounded by the difficulty in finding suitable drivers with the necessary permits and vehicles, often leading to last-minute scrambles. Another major hurdle was the driver verification process, which was crucial to ensure the safety and reliability of the service. Additionally, the process for vehicle handover was cumbersome, often requiring senders to visit parking lots at inconvenient times. Lastly, providing adequate insurance coverage for these luxury vehicles during transportation posed a challenge, impacting the trust and confidence of vehicle owners in the service.

The development of the platform encompassed a thorough requirement discovery phase and a meticulous workflow and UI/UX design process:
